Desert Valley Charitable Foundation is a 501c(3) not-for-profit charitable organization founded in 1989.
The Desert Valley Charitable Foundation serves the health care needs of the High Desert communities in many ways, including a free public health library, a scholarship program for students in the health care field, and the support of other health care related charities.
Public Health Library
Library hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
It is located at 16850 Bear Valley Road, Victorville, CA-92392.
Prime Cup Scholarship Program
This program was created to reward students who have achieved academic excellence while being involved in school and community services. It is one way in which we are "Lending a Helping Hand". It is open to all applicants who are planning to enroll in an accredited program leading to a health care or medical related field.
- At least two letters of reference from school or work
- Official high school/college transcript and supporting data
- Personal statement of plans and goals
- Copy of most current personal income tax return
